Cult Atspalvis lives in the remains of a long dead Emperor, straddling the Starwood Strand & the Contagion. Surrounded by a bleached-out landscape, the bones that are left stick out as landmarks, white on white against a dark sky. Be wary, and be warned, should you come across the same sky. Those that lurk in the area might welcome those with loose morals, but their laws are final, and one would beg for death if any are broken.
